Nous sommes convaincus que contribuer \u00e0 l’am\u00e9lioration de nos communaut\u00e9s et de l’environnement devrait \u00eatre un aspect inh\u00e9rent \u00e0 la vie. Afin d’\u00e9tablir un avenir durable, il est imp\u00e9ratif que nous d\u00e9veloppions des syst\u00e8mes mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques qui se renforcent et s’enrichissent les uns les autres. Promouvoir la sensibilisation \u00e0 l’\u00e9co-conception, aux produits \u00e9thiques et aux alternatives biod\u00e9gradables, telles que le bambou, tout en \u00e9clairant la communaut\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9percussions mondiales de la pollution plastique.<\/span><\/p>\n

Plante \u00e0 la croissance la plus rapide au monde, le bambou \u00e9merge du sol \u00e0 la vitesse stup\u00e9fiante de 4 centim\u00e8tres par seconde. <\/span>Certaines esp\u00e8ces de bambou peuvent atteindre un taux de croissance quotidien de 91 centim\u00e8tres (\u00e9quivalent \u00e0 35 pouces) \u00e0 ce rythme<\/b>. Malheureusement, la topographie locale n’est pas propice \u00e0 la culture du bambou. En revanche, nous apportons notre aide aux artisans indig\u00e8nes d’Asie du Sud-Est qui poss\u00e8dent l’art perdu de cultiver ce mat\u00e9riau naturel extraordinaire. Cette association symbiotique profite \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 leur \u00e9conomie r\u00e9gionale et \u00e0 nos efforts pour r\u00e9duire l’utilisation des plastiques \u00e0 usage unique dans toute l’Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Vietnam \u00e9tant un important producteur de produits en bambou et en rotin \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle mondiale, la majorit\u00e9 de nos produits \u00e9thiques doivent parcourir de longues distances ; nous reconnaissons d\u00fbment que cela entra\u00eene une empreinte carbone inh\u00e9rente. Nous soutenons des initiatives nationales et internationales en Suisse dans le but de r\u00e9duire les cons\u00e9quences environnementales du transport. Le soutien aux agriculteurs locaux, les pratiques agricoles r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives, la production \u00e9thique et les normes salariales non sexistes sont autant de composantes de ce sous-domaine de l’\u00e9co-conception.<\/span><\/p>\n

La Suisse, qui est l’un des principaux consommateurs de plastique au monde, consomme chaque ann\u00e9e 1 million de tonnes de ce mat\u00e9riau, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 127 kilogrammes par personne et repr\u00e9sente la consommation de plastique par habitant la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e d’Europe. Selon les estimations, 55 tonnes de plastique se d\u00e9versent chaque ann\u00e9e dans le lac L\u00e9man. Ces statistiques d\u00e9concertantes nous incitent \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des partenariats avec des \u00e9tablissements du voisinage, notamment des h\u00f4tels, des restaurants et d’autres petites entreprises, afin de modifier notre perception du plastique et son influence sur nos habitudes de consommation.<\/p>\n

En plus de collaborer \u00e9troitement avec des partenaires d\u00e9taillants, des h\u00f4tels et des restaurants pour promouvoir l’adoption de produits \u00e9thiques et faciliter un mode de vie plus consciencieux, nous apportons des contributions \u00e0 des organisations locales qui plaident en faveur d’une action gouvernementale plus forte et de l’\u00e9radication de la pollution plastique.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ZeroWaste Switzerland<\/a> est une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif qui promeut une \u00e9conomie plus durable et la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets en collaboration avec les entreprises. Pour ce faire, elle encourage les institutions priv\u00e9es et publiques \u00e0 remplacer leurs pratiques n\u00e9fastes pour l’environnement par des solutions sans d\u00e9chets et des produits plus \u00e9thiques. Notre organisation, Zero Waste Switzerland, s’engage \u00e0 respecter les principes de la production en circuit ferm\u00e9.
